At Blossomology Florist, we’re dedicated to providing you with fresh, beautiful flowers and a seamless delivery experience. Please review our delivery and policy information below.

The vibrant city of New Orleans.
All neighboring communities and surrounding regions
For deliveries outside of our standard delivery area, please contact us to discuss options and potential additional fees. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please don't hesitate to reach out we're happy to assist you!
Delivery Days:
We offer delivery Monday through Saturday.
Sunday delivery may be available for an additional delivery charge; please contact us for inquiries
Delivery Times:
Delivery times are typically between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we will do our best to accommodate any special requests.
For time sensitive deliveries, please contact us directly.
Delivery Fees:
A standard delivery fee of $15 will be applied to all orders within our standard delivery area.
Delivery fees may vary for deliveries outside of our standard area.
For orders over $200 delivery is free.
Deliveries to Businesses/Hospitals:
For deliveries to businesses or hospitals, please provide the recipient's name, department/room number, and any other relevant information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by recipient unavailability or facility restrictions.
Delivery Confirmation:
You will receive a delivery confirmation email or text once your order has been delivered.
Order Policies:
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Changes or cancellations to orders must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
During peak floral holidays, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Substitution Policy:
Due to seasonal availability, some flowers may need to be substituted for similar blooms of equal or greater value.
We will make every effort to maintain the overall look and feel of your chosen arrangement.
Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a re-delivery is needed because of an incorrect address, there will be a re-delivery fee.
Recipient Not Home:
If the recipient is not home, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbor.
If this is not possible, we will contact the recipient to arrange a re-delivery.
Returns and Refunds:
We take pride in the quality of our flowers. If you are not satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We require photo evidence of any issues.

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Zelle

We respect your privacy. We will not share your personal information with third parties.
